Completed in 2005, the nine-storey office building is located between Smithfield Market to the east and the Barbican Estate and Barbican Centre to the west, in a highly accessible location with excellent public transport connections.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management acquired the building from Landsec in August 2025 and is exploring opportunities to sensitively refurbish and enhance it. The proposals aim to meet modern sustainability and environmental performance standards while responding to the evolving needs of office occupiers.
